September 5: Launch of contest. Submission and voting begins.
October 17: Closing date for contest. End of submission and voting.
November 1: Global winner announced at European VMAs in Munich
How can I take part?

The contestant age is limited to 16~24 yrs
I am too old for the contest what can I do?
You can vote your favorite design and get a chance to win a HP Pavilion Notebook PC
To vote, you can rate the designs they like using a zero-to-five star system much like YouTube.
What will I win?
The winning global design will be reproduced as an HP Imprint design on special edition notebooks, to be made available globally.
Four special edition skins based on the best designs received from each of the four key regions (Asia, US, Europe & Latin America).
The global winner will receive one of the limited edition notebooks and will attend the Europe Music Awards as a VIP guest of MTV.
The global winner will also travel to Houston and Tokyo courtesy of HP to view their notebook being produced.
